These terms govern your use of Track Record (the "Service"), provided by [Your Company / Your Name]. By using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Track Record lets you log work check-ins and generate structured summaries and self-review drafts to help you prepare for performance reviews. It is a documentation and drafting aid.
You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your Google account secure.
You own everything you put into Track Record. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content back to you, and — when you explicitly request a report or analysis — to send the relevant portion to our AI provider to generate your result. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not sell it.
Reports, insights, and review drafts are AI-generated from your own entries and may contain errors, omissions, or imprecise phrasing. They are drafts to review and edit, not finished work and not professional, legal, financial, or career advice. You are responsible for reviewing anything before sharing it with your manager or anyone else. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, rating, promotion, or result.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your Company / Your Name] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or career opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account and data at any time from the Danger Zone in My Profile. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these terms; we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
